By using our website or booking a service with Tangier Trip, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
- You can book your trip through our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- No prepayment is required. You pay after your transfer or tour is completed, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellations
- You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour or transfer.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
3. Delays & Changes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.
- If you need to change your itinerary, please inform us as early as possible.
4. Conduct & Safety
- For your safety and that of our drivers and guides, respectful behavior is required at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals under the influence or behaving inappropriately.
5. Liability
- Tangier Trip is not liable for lost items, personal injuries, or unforeseen incidents during the service.
